MINTUES OF THE
JEFFERSONVILLE DRAINAGE BOARD
MARCH 20, 2012
The Jeffersonville Drainage Board met on March 20, 2012 in the City Building
Conference Room, Second Floor, Jeffersonville, Indiana. Chairman Charlie Bryant
called the meeting to order at 5:30 P.M. with the following in attendance:

Cindy Seifert, Information of the Cartegraph Overview of software with
Deb Ashack, Stormwater Coordinator
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Chairman Bryant presented the minutes from March 6, 2012 meeting, asking if
there were any corrections. Mr. Rogge made motion to approve the minutes as presented
and seconded by Mr. Christensen. Motion passed unanimously
REPORTS:
Cindy Seifert presented an overview of the new software and report status for the
new program for the Stormwater Department. You can use YourGov to submit issues in
the city directly to the city personnel in charge of that issue. Some areas included are
Animals, Sanitation, Drainage, Sewer, Parks, Sidewalks, Streets and Zoning. It will keep
a record of Issues, Department and Standard Operating Procedure and print out a report
that Ms. Ashack can review.
Attorney Lewis advised the Board that the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement with
Oak Park conservatory District for Surface Water Drainage for Municipal Separate Storm
Sewer System had been approved by the City Council. This agreement was approved last
year in the Council meeting but was unable to locate.

Josh Hillman advised the Board that the Master Plan is continuing as planned.
CLAIMS:
Chairman Bryant presented claims in the amount of $32,230.86. Mr. Morton
made motion to approve the claims as presented in the amount of $32,230.86 and
seconded by Mr. Gill. Motion passed unanimously
