RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 94-R-10
WHEREAS, ori the 24th day of January, 1994, the Common Council of the City of Seffersonville
passed a Resolution Confirming Approval of Benefits for Purposes of Property Tax Abatement for the
Prestwick Square of Jeffersonville Associates, L.P., which was presented to the Mayor and approved on
or about April 18, 1994; and
WHEREAS, it was later determined that after the original statement of benefits form was
submitted to the Common Council that an amended version was submitted, which provided a much smaller
benefit to the City and which some members of the Common Council were unaware of, and some
confusion existed as to which statement of benefits was being approved by the Common Council; and
WHEREAS, a legitimate legal question has arisen regarding the sufficiency of the legal notice
provided to the taxpayers of the area who would be affected by the granting of said resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEH"I~RSONVILLE, that the Resolution Confirming Approval of Benefits for Purposes of Property Tax
Abatement (94-R-10) presented by Prestwick Square of Jeffersonville Associates, L.P. should be, and
hereby is, rescinded.
Passed and_adopted by the Common Council of City of Jeffersonville, Clark County, State of

RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF BENEFITS FOR
PURPOSES OF PROPERTY TAX ABATEMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Jeffersonville, Indiana, has previously
adopted Resolution No. 9~ -R-~ approving the Statement of
Benefits of Prestwick Square Of Jeffersonville Associates, L.P. for
a tax abatement on ~z~ ~ , 1994; and
WHEREAS, the City of Jeffersonville, Indiana, did duly publish
a notice of a public hearing on the Statement of Benefits to be
heard on ~r~f~ ~ , 1994; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing on the tax abatement of real
property for Prestwick Square Of Jeffersonville Associates, L.P.
was duly held at 7:30 p.m., pursuant to the notice duly filed; and
WHEREAS, there was no opposition to the passing of Resolution

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of JefferSonville, Indiana, that Resolution No. ~ -R- O~ is
hereby confirmed and the Statement of Benefits of Prestwick Square
Of Jeffersonville Associates, L.P. is hereby approved.
