OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSONVILLE, INDIANA
February 8th, 2012
Mayor Moore called the meeting to order at 9:31 a.m. and on the call of roll members present were Public Waks
Coordinator Rick Lovan and Business Development Coordinator Leah Farris sitting in for Coundlpersca Lisa Gill.
Also present was: Fire Chief Eric Hendrick, Information Technology Director Matt Dyer, Parks Superintendent Pa
Northam. Building Commissioner Russ Segraves. W WTP Director Len Ashack, Street Commissioner David Hose ,
Safety Director Michael Ogg, Controller Monica Harmon, Human Resources Director Kim Calabro, Police Chief C ris
Grimm. Vehicle Maintenance Director Bobby Yrssing, Sewer Office Manager Rick Stevens, Planning and Zoning
Director Shane Corbin, Corporation Counsel Tom Lowe, City Attomey Les Medley. and Deputy Clerk Erica Burrs .
Public Works Coordinator Rick Lovan made a motion to approve the minutes from February 1st, 2012 with Bust
Development Coordinator Leah Farris seconding the motion and passing on a vote of 3-0.
Public Works Coordinator Rick Lovan made a motion to approve the payroll with Business Development Coordina or
Leah Farris seconding the motion and passing on a vote of 3.0.

New Business
1.) Bid Opening: Paving
Corporation Counsel Tan Lowe opened the five bids received through the Clerks office and read them 1.
public record. The five bidders were McCrite Milling and Construction, MAC Construction, Gohman Asp . h.
Louisville Paving, and Sellersburg Stone. Corporation Counsel Toni Lowe suggested to the board that 1 -y
make a motion to take the bids under advisement. Rick Lovan made a motion to take the bids under
advisement with Leah Farris seconding the motion passing unanimously.
2.) Andy Crouch- Closing of Riverside Drive at Mulberry
Glen Decker from Construction Solutions spoke with a request to close the intersection of Mulberry Street
and Riverside Drive for the Big Four Bridge work beginning June 1 ", 2012. He said the alley behind the
houses would be left open for the residents and that he had already spoken to City Engineer Andy Crouch
about this whom didn't see a problem with this closure. Rick Lovan made a motion to take the closure and r
advisement of the City Engineer Andy Crouch with Leah Farris seconding the motion and passing
unanimously.
3.) Monica Harmon- Keystone Maintenance Contract
Controller Monica Harmon came before the board to get approval of the Maintenance Contract for Keysto
Software in the amount of 86,980. Monica Harmon also asked for authorization of her signature on the
contract. She stated that this Maintenance contract is very routine and in the budget. Rick Lovan made a
motion to authorize her signature and approve the contract with Leah Farris seconding the motion and
passing unanimously.
Public Works Co rdinalor Rick Lovan made a motion to adjourn at 9:48 A.M with Leah Farris seconding the motio
and passi g u imousy.
