KEYSTONE SOFTWARE SYSTEMS
This agreement between Jeffersonville Sewage Department (Client) and
Keystone Consulting Services Inc. (Company) is for the purpose of allowing the
company to change the existing Key - Billing Utility -rate database(s), based on an
ordinance or letter from the Clerk Treasurer or Board stating the new rate
amounts.
It is understood that any changes needed to any calculation formulas not
specifically mentioned in the Letter or Ordinance will be submitted to the
company in a written document, signed by the Client.
It is the Client's responsibility to check and verify all calculations, including all
rate steps and minimum /base charges for all services as stated in the
ordinances. This verification is to be completed prior to printing the first billing
after a rate change. Keystone Consulting Services, Inc is not responsible or
liable in any way for the results of miscalculations other than to correct rate
tables found to be incorrect by the client's verification of such tables and
calculations.
