BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Jeffersonville~ County of Clark, State of Indiana, that said Common
Council will meet in Council Chambers, City-County Building,
Jeffersonville, Indiana~ on the ~lst day of March~ 1994 at 9:30 P.M.~
for the purpose of considering and determining whether an emergency
exists for the passage of an Ordinance making the
appropriations in addition to the Annual Budget adopted for
year 1994.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk and Treasurer of the

give notice as provided by law.
