RESOLUTION CONFIPJ4ING APPROVAL OF BE~FITS FOR
PU~OSES OF PROPER~ T~ ~ATE~
WHEREAS, the City of Jeffersonville, Indiana, has previously_
adopted Resolution No. ~-R- ~ approving the Statement of
Benefits of Industrial Water Recycling Co., Inc., for a tax
abatement on ~~ 7 , 199~ ; and
WHEREAS, the City of Jeffersonville, Indiana, did duly
publish a notice of a public hearing on the Statement of Benefits
to be heard on F~a~ ~ , 199 ~ ; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing on the tax abatement of real and
personal property for Industrial Water Recycling Co., Inc., was
duly held at 7:30 p.m., pursuant to the notice duly filed; and
WHEREAS, there was no opposition to the passing of
Resolution No. g~ -R- V
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Jeffersonville, Indiana, that Resolution No. gV-R-
is hereby confirmed and the Statement of Benefits of Industrial
Water Recycling Co., Inc., is hereby approved.

Indiana.
