WHEREAS, the City of Jeffersonville, Indiana currently provides Wi -Fi service to an area in the
downtown area to encourage economic development; and
WHEREAS, the Council desires to expand the service to provide coverage outside City Hall in the
Quartermaster Court area as previously presented by Boice.net at a Special Meeting held on Monday,
November 14, 2011 for a cost of $27,283.27; and
WHEREAS, it is proposed the Council fund the costs of $27,283.27 from the Sprint Lease Non -
Reverting Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Jeffersonville authorizes the Clerk Treasurer to pay a properly prepared and approved claim to Boice.net
from Sprint Lease Non - Reverting Fund.
