WHEREAS, the City of Jeffersonville, Indiana currently provides Wi -Fi service to an area in the
downtown arca to encourage economic development; and
WHEREAS, the Council has voted to expand the system to provide coverage in the downtown area
including Warder Park and River&ont at a Special Meeting held on Monday, November 14, 2011; and
WHEREAS, the Council initially approved funding the cost of $13,634.39 as proposed by Boice.net
from the Gaming Revenue Fund but it is now the Council desire to fund the costs of $13,634.39 from
the Sprint Lease Non - Reverting Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Jeffersonville authorizes the Clerk Treasurer to pay a properly prepared and approved claim to Boice.net
from Sprint Lease Non - Reverting Fund.
