OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSONVILLE, INDIANA
November 30, 2011
Engineering Coordinator Rick Lovan called the meeting to order at 9:32 a.m. and on the call of the roll
those members present were and Councilperson Barbara Wilson and Officer Don Grimes.
Also present were: Vehicle Maintenance Director Bubby Vissing, Street Commissioner David Hosea,
Communications Director Larry Thomas. Building Commissioner Russ Segraves, Planning and Zoning
Director Brian Fogle, Assistant City Engineer Bill Dixon, Redevelopment Director Thomas Justice, Safety
Director Michael Ogg. Assistant Fire Chief Mike McCutcheon, WWTP Director Len Ashack, Financial
Advisor Monica Harmon, City Attorney Darren Wilder, and Clerk & Treasurer's Office Representative
Christy Roberts.
No minutes to be approved.
No payroll to be approved.
OLD BUSINESS
Speed Bump
Engineering Coordinator Rick Lovan brought before the board a concern from a resident on Lancassange
Drive regarding the speed bump recently installed. They would like it milled down or removed. Street
Commissioner David Hosea would like this item tabled until the next meeting.
NEW BUSINESS
Emerson Network Power Authority Contract
Building Commissioner Russ Segraves brought before the board a maintenance contract to be renewed
with Emerson Network Power Authority. The current contract expires on January 26, 2012. The total
cost for the two year agreement is $4,561.00. Councilperson Barbara Wilson made the motion to
approve and Officer Don Grimes seconded, passing unanimously.
