Amends Cancellation Clause on form MXL 101 02 09 to amend 30 days notice
to 60 days notice.
This endorsement does not result in any premium change.

ENDORSEMENT - AMENDATORY
This endorsement modifies insurance provided under:
American Institute of Marine Underwriters BA
Following Form Excess Marine Liabilities Clauses
SCHEDULE
Premium: S Included
In consideration of the additional premium shown in the schedule to this
endorsement and subject to the terms and conditions of the policy, it is agreed
that:
Effective 2/7/2011, Policy Form MXL 101 02 09 (American Institute Excess Marine
Liabilities Clauses 8 -A), Clause 10. is updated to read:
"Either these Underwriters of the Assured may cancel this insurance by giving the other
sixty (60) days ..."
All other terms and conditions of this policy remain unchanged.
