ORDINANCE VACATING ALLEYWAYS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSONVILLE, INDIANA, that the two 10 foot alleys in Block No. 117 in the City
of Jeffersonville described as follows, should be, and hereby are, vacated:
Two alleys, each 10 feet in width in Block 117 in the City of Jeffersonville,
Clark County, Indiana; one alley is between the eastern line of Lot No. 11
and the western lines of Lots Nos. 8, 9, and 10 in said Block 117, and the
other alley is between the eastern line of Lot No. 22 and the western lines
of Lots Nos. 23 and 24 in said Block No. 117.
Passed and adopted by the Common CoUnt;kCity of Jeffersonville, Clark
County, State of Indiana, on the "~ day of ,. ,1994.
