PORTIONS OF CERTAIN STREETS IN THE CITY OF ~4J
JEFFERSONVILLE ORDINANCE NO. 94-0R-
ORDINANCE GRANTING PETITION TO VACATE PORTION OF STREET
Comes now the Board of Directors of Clark Memorial Hospital,
hereinafter referred to as the Hospital, and the Hospital having
heretofore filed its Petition to Vacate Portions of Streets, which
petition reads as follows: (here insert), and notice of said
petition and the time and place of the hearing on the same having
been given by the clerk-treasurer of the City of Jeffersonville
pursuant to the provisions of I.C. 5-3-1, which notice reads as
follows: (here insert), and the Common Council of the City of
Jeffersonville having examined and heard evidence on said petition
and being duly advised in the premises now finds that said petition
should be granted.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of
Jeffersonville that the real property located in Clark County,
Indiana, shown on Exhibits G and I and described in Exhibits H and
J attached to and made a part of this ordinance, shall be and is
City of Jeffersonville and that the fee
portion of said street shall vest in the
hereby vacated by the
simple title to said
Hospital.

DESCRIPTION OF PART OF MISSOURI AVENUE TO BE VACATED
A part of Missouri Avenue in the City of Jeffersonville, Indiana, being that portion of
Missouri Avenue between the south line of Eleventh Street (now vacated) and the northeast
right-of-way line of 1-65, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the northeast comer of Block 112 in the City of Jeffersonville, which
point is at the intersection of the south line of Eleventh Street (vacated) and the west line of
Missouri Avenue, thence the following courses of the boundary:
South 84 deg. 44 min. 00 sec. East, 60.00 feet with the south line of Eleventh Street (vacated)
to the east line of Missouri Avenue;
South 5 deg. 16 min. 00 sec. West, 129.83 feet, more or less, to the northeast right-of-way
line of Interstate 65;
North 44 deg. 38 min. 00 sec. West, 78.44 feet, more or less, with said right-of-way line, to
the west line of Missouri Avenue;
North 5 deg. 16 min. 00 sec. F~t, 79.31 feet, more or less, to the place of beginning and
containing 0.14 acres of land, more or less.

EAST LINE OF MISSOURI AVENUE AND THE NORTHEAST LINE OF
INTERSTATE 65
A part of Eleventh Street in the City of Jeffersonville of Clark County, Indiana,
bounded as follows:
Beginning at an iron pin at the intersection of the centerline of Eleventh Street and the
east line of Missouri Avenue, thence the following courses of the boundary:
South 4 deg. 42 min. 12 see. East, 30.00 feet with the east line of Missouri Avenue to the
southeast comer of the intersection of Eleventh Street and Missouri Avenue;
North 85 deg. 17 min. 48 sec. West, 150.72 feet with the south line of Eleventh Street to a
point in the northeast right-of-way of Interstate 65;
North 37 deg. 04 min. 45 sec. West, 39.15 feet with the northeast right-of-way line of
Interstate 65 to a point in the line between Jeffersonville and Clarksville;
North 4 deg. 05 min. 12 sec. East, 0.81 feet with said Town Boundary to the centerline of
Eleventh Street;
South 85 deg. 17 min. 48 sec. East, 176.82 feet with the centerline of Eleventh Street to the
true place of beginning and containing 0.113 acres of land, more or less.
