AN ORDINANCE AMENDING A CERTAIN PORTION OF
ORDINANCE NO. 85-OR-51 OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSONVILLE
WHEREAS, the current fee being accessed for "Sprinkler Systems" has proven to
be excessive, said charge shall be reduced.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of
Jeffersonville, that Ordinance No. ~'7 o,~ ~ and the City of Jeffersonville Code of
Ordinance, Section 150.049 (B) shall be amended as follows:
The permit fee charged for process piping such as sprinkler
sys.tems shall be a minimum of $100.00 plus .25 cents per
sprinkler head.
This Ordinance shall become effective upon its passage, approval and publication
as required by the laws of the State of Indiana.
