OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSONVILLE, INDIANA
June 29, 2011
Mayor Galligan called the meeting to order at 9:45 a.m. and on the call of the roll
those members present were Engineering Coordinator Rick Lovan and Councilperson
Barbara Wilson.
Also present were: Parks Director Bob Manor, Vehicle Maintenance Director Bubby Vissing,
Street Commissioner David Hosea, Animal Shelter Director Harry Wilder, Building Commissioner
Russ Segraves, Officer Don Grimes, Safety Director Dominick Mongarella, Communications
Director Larry Thomas. Planning and Zoning Director Brian Fogle, Fire Chief David Kaskie.
Assistant Fire Chief Mike McCutcheon, IT Director Roger Hardy, Financial Advisor Monica
Harmon, City Attorney Darren Wilder, and Deputy Clerk Tiffany Stiles.
Engineering Coordinator Rick Lovan made the motion to approve payroll, Councilperson Barbara
Wilson seconded, and passing on a vote of 3 -0.

NEW BUSINESS
Health Insurance Contract
•
Pepper Cooper with Maverick Insurance came before the board to ask for approval on a
Professional Services Contract with Occupational Health Solutions Inc.The funding for this
Wellness Program will be paid from the Non - Reverting fund. Engineering Coordinator Lovan
made the motion, seconded by Councilperson Wilson passing unanimously.
Outdoor Event
Tyra Dabey with R &R Bar and Grill came before the board to ask for approval to have an outdoor
event on their property Saturday July 2, 2011 from 5 -7. No action was necessary since the event
was on private property
Engineering Coordinator Rick Lovan made the motion to adjoum at 9:51 A.M. and Councilperson
Barbara Wilson seconded, passing unanimously.
