Dear Mr. Lake,
First of all, thank you very much for giving Hart's Surveying and Engineering, LLC (IISE) the opportunity to
present a proposal concerning professional land surveying services. HSF? proposes to conduct an
ALTA /ACSM Land Tide Survey (with topography) of the above referenced tract. This survey will be
performed in accordance with the 2011 Minimum Standard Detail Requirements for ALTA /ACSM Land
Title Surveys, including Optional Table A Items 1, 3, 4, 5, 7a, 8, 1 lb, and 13.
A site visit was conducted on June 21 to ins • ea the property, and IISE proposes to provide the above-
mentioned services for a lump sum fee • f ' 850. - nless specified otherwise, the Topographic Survey will be
performed on the North American Vertical Datum of 198& 145E estimates the work can be completed
within 20 working days after receipt of this executed agreement. This time frame is subject to weather and the
timely manner that title work is received.
If the alive- mentioned survey is performed without topography, the lump sum fee would • • . 3250.
