ORDINANCE VACATING A CERTAIN STRIP OF GROUND
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSONVILLE, INDIANA, that a certain strip of ground be vacated which was
reserved for the use of public utilities on Lot #108, in the Buttonwood Unit #1
subdivision, which is more particularly described as follows:
Being a part of the 12-foot-wide drainage and utility easement on Lot #108
in Buttonwood Subdivision as shown in Plat Book 9, Page 37 of the Clark
County, Indiana Records ad being further described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pin on the northern most comer of said Lot #108;
Thence South 67 deg. 07' East, along the northern line of said Lot #108,
198 feet to a point; Thence South 22 deg. 53' West, 12 feet to a point;
Thence North 67 deg. 07' West, 196 feet to the eastern Right-of-Way line
of Nole Drive; Thence North 22 deg. 53' East, along said Right-of-Way,
12 feet to THE PLACE OF BEGINNING.
Containing 2352 square feet, more or less.
Passed and adopted by the Common Council of City of Jeffersonville, Clark
