OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSONVILLE, INDIANA
April 6, 2011
Engineering Coordinator Lovan sat in for Mayor Galligan and called the meeting
to order at 9:35 a.m. and on the call of the roll those members present were
Assistant City Engineer Bill Dixon sitting in for Engineering Coordinator Rick
Lovan and Councilperson Barbara Wilson
Also present were: Parks Director Bob Manor, Vehicle Maintenance
Director Bubby Vissing, Animal Shelter Director Harry Wilder, Building
Commissioner Russ Segraves, Communications Director Larry Thomas,
Sewer Office Manager Bruce Wright, Human Resources Director Kim
Calabro, Financial Advisor Monica Harmon, City Attorney Darren
Wilder, and Clerk & Treasurer's Office Representative Amanda Oelze.
Councilperson Barbara Wilson made the motion to approve minutes
from March 30, 2011. Assistant City Engineer Bill Dixon seconded and
passing unanimously.
Councilperson Barbara Wilson made the motion to approve payroll,
Assistant City Engineer Bill Dixon seconded, and passing on a vote of
3 -0.

NEW BUSINESS
Pinwheels in Warder Park
Parks Director Bob Manor brought before the board a request from
Kathy Granger to put pinwheels in Warder Park for about a week. The
pinwheels will signify the importance of child abuse prevention. There
will be around 500 pinwheels and after further discussion
Councilperson Barbara Wilson made the motion to approve and
Assistant City Engineer Bill Dixon seconded, passing unanimously.
Councilperson Barbara Wilson made the motion to adjourn at 9:38
a.m. and Assistant City Engineer Bill Dixon seconded, passing
unanimously.
