ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING SURPLUS FUNDS FROM THE
CUMULA¥IVE CAPITAL- IMPROVEMENT FUND TO THE GENERAL FUND
WHEREAS,
surplus of funds now exists
and;
WHEREAS,
a portion of such
the Mayor and Common council have determined that a

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that $100,000.00 is hereby
transferred from the Cumulative Capital Improvement Fund to the
General Fund of the City.
