BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville, County
of Clark, State of Indiana, that said Common Council will meet in the City Council
Chambers Room�,l 0l, Jeffer vil City Hall, 500 Quartermaster Court, Jeffersonville,
Indiana, on th? 18th day of i 2014, at 6:30 o'clock P.M., for the purpose of
considering and determining whether an emergency exists for the passage of an
Ordinance making the following appropriation in addition to the annual budget adopted
for the fiscal year 2010.

Jeffersonville, Indiana is hereby ordered and directed to give notice as provided by law.
