RESOLUTION NO. 201 I -R- 9
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville, County
of Clark, State of Indiana, that said Common Council will meet in the City Council
Chambers Room 101Jeffe or vville fi City Hall, 500 Quartermaster Court, Jeffersonville,
Indiana, on the I.8 day of 201x, at 6:30 o'clock P.M., for the purpose of
considering and determining whether an emergency exists for the passage of an
Ordinance making the following appropriation in addition to the annual budget adopted
for the fiscal year 2010.
AMOUNT REOUESTED
LOIT FUND
Appropriation from the LOIT Fund for the following:
Police Vehicles $ 261,000.00
Safety Equipment & Supplies $ 16,000.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk Treasurer of the City of
Jeffersonville, Indiana is hereby ordered and directed to give notice as provided by law.
Passed and adopted by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville, Clark
County, Indiana, this at day of 2011.
