it is showing there is a leak between the inner tank and outer tank. They do not know if it is the
switch or an actual leak which would be a big problem. This will be addressed when the tank is
emptied to put the pads under the generator. Mr. Scgraves also reported that there is a water
problem with the transfer switeh. Plastic is covering the pipes right now to stop the dripping
water. Mr. Sperzel said the material used is supposed to be rain tight. Mr. Segraves ask about
condensation. He said it is dry for 2 hours then when it heats up the water start dripping. The
water is running down the wires and going into the switch gear. He said he talked to Cooley and
Spalding and they went back to the manufacturer and was informed there was a spray on sealant
that could be used but it could not be done until warm weather. Mr. Segraves said if it is just
rain water the sealant would take care of it, but if it is condensation the sealant won't help. The
board had doubts that it is condensation. Mr. Stayton suggested the fittings be checked out. Mr.
Segraves asked for suggestions. Mr. Sperzel said you could stuff something up in there to stop
the leak but that would pond the water. He said they need to give the water a place to go. They
