AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CERTAIN PORTIONS OF
SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE NO. 93-0R-48
SE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSONVILLE,
INDIANA:
Section 1
That from and after the 1st day of January, 1994, the
following employeees of the City of Jeffersonville, Indiana~ shall
receive the following base salary per year.

Pursuant to Public Law 54
ORDINANCE NO. 94-0R-_ ....
ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING CERTAIN FUNDS WITHIN SAME DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, an emergency now exists and it has become necessary
to appropriate more money for certain budgetary items; and
WHEREAS, there is now within thee same Department sufficient
moneys to pay this additional amount.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the
City of Jeffersonville, Indiana, that the sums of money as hereinafter
set out within each department be transferred as indicated.
