JULY 13, 2010
The regular meeting of the Jeffersonville Building Authority was held on Tuesday, July 13, 2010 at 9:00
a.m. in the second floor conference room at the Jeffersonville City Hall.
Members present were Building Commissioner Russ Segraves, Don Sperzel, Bill Fry and Keith Stayton.
MINUTES
Mr. Stayton made a motion to approve the minutes of the June 8, 2010 meeting. The motion was
seconded by Mr. Sperzel.
A PPR OPR IA T IO N R EP OR T
_ The Appropriation Report was discussed and all line items were within budget except for the cleaning
which was due to an approved increase in hours worked earlier this year.
OLD BUSINESS:
CANOPY/ROOF REPAIRS AND ROOFACCESS HATCH
An additional price was requested from Palmer Roofing.
GENERATOR FENCE
Mr. Stayton made a motion to approve the bid from Cardinal Fence Company for $2,668.00. The motion
was seconded by Mr. Sperzel.
AUTOMATIC DOORPRICE
Mr. Segraves reported that he did not hear back from The Wallace Company with regard to having the
automatic hardware installed on one door only.
AUTOMATICPAPER TOWEL DISPENSERS
Mr. Segraves reported that all of the restrooms are equipped with new automatic paper towel dispensers.
NEW BUSINESS:
None
The meeting was adjourned at 9:30 a.m. on a motion by Mr. Sperzel and seconded by Mr. Stayton.
