ORDINANCE NO. 96-OR-/_~_~
AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING CERTAIN FUNDS WITHIN SAME DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to transfer money from one
major budget classification to another within the budgets as listed;
and
WHEREAS, there is now within the listed budgets sufficient
moneys to pay this additional amount.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the
City of Jeffersonville, Indiana, that the sums of money as hereinafter
set out within the listed budgets transferred as indicated.
