and Procedures, adopted
on January 12, 2010, the
Jeffersonville Police Merit
Commission shall hold a
public heariny at 500 Quar-
termaster Court, City Hall,
Room 101, Jeffersonville,
Indiana 47130, to consider

Merit Commission's Rules

2010. at 6:00 PM at Jeffer-

The purpose of this public
hearing is for the Jefferson-
ville Police Merit Commis-
sion to take and consider
public comment (written
and/or oral) regarding the
proposed amendments to
the Rules and Procedures,
and to hold a vote on the
adoption or rejection of the
proposed amendments.
A copy of the the proposed
amendment s to the Rules
and Procedures shall be
available for public inspec-
tion in the Office of the Jef-
fersonville Clerk•Treasurer,
500 Quartermaster Court,
City Hall, Suite 300, Jeffer-
sonville, Indiana 47130, on
or before Friday July 16,
