Revised Proposal: Geoprobe® rock soundings for sewer extension project rock depths

Members of the Board:
Thank you for allowing Geo Logic, Inc. to provide you with our services at the above referenced
properties to include roughly 6,800 linear feet. The scope of work includes advancing rock soundings to
bedrock refusal up to a maximum depth of 20' bgs at intervals of approximately 100'. In addition, we
understand that one rock sounding is proposed at each sewer manhole. We estimate that we can
complete this project in 7 days of soundings, and have included one day of dozer work to clear our path.
We understand that the borings will be staked by Blankenbeker and Sons prior to our arrival. Our
submittal package will include depths to rock or absence of rock beyond the required depth of the sewer
invert, and will reference the layout numbers staked by Blankenbeker and Sons. Our proposal is detailed
below:

Dozer with operator, including delivery and pick up, 1 day @ $1,200/day $ 1,200.00
Rock soundings, to 20' or bedrock refusal to describe, 7 days @ $1,200/day $ 8,400.00
Data preparation, spread sheet with rock depths/absences relative to boring location $ 200.00
TOTAL ESTIMATED INVOICE AMOUNT $ 9.950.00
