ORDINANCE NO. 96-OR- ~
AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING CERTAIN FUNDS WITHIN SAME DEPARTMENT

Budget;
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to transfer money from one
budget classification to another within the Motor Vehicle
and
WHEREAS, there is now within the Motor Vehicle Budget
sufficient moneys to pay this additional amount.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the
City of Jeffersonvllle, Indiana, that the sums of money as hereinafter
set out within the Motor Vehicle Budget be transferred as indicated.
