ORDINANCE NO. 96-OR-~
AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING CERTAIN FUNDS WITHIN SAME DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS,
major budget classification to
Budget; and
it has become necessary to transfer money from one
another within the Animal Shelter
WHEREAS, there is now within the Animal Shelter
sufficient moneys to pay this additional amount.
Budget
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the
City of Jeffersonvllle, Indiana, that the sums of money as hereinafter
set out within the Animal Shelter Budget be transferred as indicated.
