EXECUTIVE SESSION
May 24, 2010
The City of Jeffersonville Common Council met in Executive Session on Monday, May
24, 2010 in the Mayor's Conference Room, Second Floor, City Building, Jeffersonville, Indiana.
The meeting was called to order at approximately 12:05 p.m. and adjourned at 1:28 p.m., with the
following in attendance:
Council Members:
Nathan Samuel, President
Mike Smith, Vice President
Ed Zastawny
Keith Fetz
Connie Sellers
Barbara Wilson
Ron Grooms
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Other:
Thomas Galligan, Mayor
Gregory Clark, Council Attorney
Executive Session was held for discussion and consultation pursuant to the following:
INDIANA CODE § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(A) -For discussion of strategy with respect to
collective bargaining.
INDIANA CODE ~ 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(D) -For discussion of strategy with respect to the
purchase or lease of real property by the governing body.
The COMMON COUNCIL hereby certifies and affirms that no subject matter was discussed in
executive session other than the subject matter specified in the public notice, specifically strategy with
respect to collective bargaining and strategy with respect to the purchase or lease of real property.
