ORDINANCE NO. 96-OR-~.~
AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING CERTAIN FUNDS WITHIN SAME DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to transfer money from one
major budget classification to another within the Building Commission
Budget; and
WHEREAS, there is now within the Building Commission Budget
sufficient moneys to pay this additional amount.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the
City of Jeffersonvllle, Indiana, that the sums of money as hereinafter
set out within the Building Commission Budget be transferred as
indicated.
