Reference: labor to Selvage & Remove Star Landing Barge
We accept your offer to salvage & remove the Star landing Barge from the Ohio River for the
sum of $128,000.00. We understand this includes ail labor, equipment and insurance to perform the job.
The time frame is to mobilize and begin within one to two days from today, Monday, May 10, 2010. The
time frame to complete the job is approximately 14 days, depending on weather & river conditions.
We will provide proof of ownership and be responsible for any hazmat.
We are not able to get 5056 up front because our city government isn't set up that way. He will attend a
meeting on Wednesday night to get to the money and wilt get the 5096 ($64,000} on Thursday.
As we understand your contract the City of Jeffersonville will get the money for the salvage from
8uddeke scrap yard.
