The City of Jeffersonville Common Council met in Executive Session on Monday, April
12, 2010 in the Conference Room, Second Floor, City Building, Jeffersonville, Indiana. The
meeting was called to order at approximately 7:15 p.m. with the following in attendance:

Thomas Galligan, Mayor

EXECUTIVE SESSION
Executive Session was held for discussion and consultation pursuant to the following:
INDIANA CODE ~ 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(A) -For discussion of strategy with respect to
collective bargaining.
The COMMON COUNCIL hereby certifies and affirms that no subject matter was discussed in
executive session other than the subject matter specified in the public notice, specifically strategy with
respect to collective bargaining.
