automatically until terminated by either party upon thirty day's notice. Should it become necessary to collect payment on
this agreement for services rendered, customer agrees to pay all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney's fees.
Bugs or Us will provide Pest Control service to the above named commercial or residential customer for Ants, Beetles,
Roaches, Silverfish, all other general pests, and rodents on the regularly scheduled time of service. (Termites and Fleas
are excluded from this contract but can be quoted per job.)
All chemicals used to control pests in and around the Client's premises shall conform to Federal, State and local laws and
regulations. Chemicals shall be applied with all due precautions to avoid the possibility of accident to humans, domestic
animals and pets. All Pest Control applications shall be performed in a safe manner and in accordance with the most
modern effective and scientific Pest Control procedures.
Bugs or Us is not responsible for any insect or rodent damage, or disruption to the customer's operation, premises or its
contents. The customer specifically releases Bugs or Us from liability for any such claims.
Upon request, Bugs or Us shall furnish a certificate of liability insurance, workman's comp., chemical labels or Msd
sheets, or any other forms or certification required by the client.
