ORDINANCE NO. 96-OR- 77
AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING CERTAIN FUNDS WITHIN SAME DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to transfer money from one
major budget classification to another within the City Court Budget;
and
WHEREAS, there is now within the
sufficient moneys to pay this additional amount.
City Court Budget
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the
City of Jeffersonville, Indiana, that the sums of money as hereinafter
set out within the City Court be transferred as indicated.
