ORDINANCE NO. 96-OR-
AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING CERTAIN FUNDS WITHIN SAME DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to transfer money from one major budget
classification to another within the Jeffersonville Police Department's Budget; and
WHEREAS, there is now within the Jeffersonville Police Department's Budget sufficient
monies to pay this additional amount.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of
Jeffersonville Indiana, that the sums of money as hereinafter set out in the
Jeffersonville Police Department's Budget be transferred as indicated.
