ORDINANCE NO. 96-OR-~__
AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING CERTAIN FUNDS WITHIN SAME DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to transfer money from one
major budget classification to another within the City Engineer
Budget; and
WHEREAS, there is now within the City Engineer Budget
sufficient moneys to pay this additional amount.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the
City of jeffersonville, Indiana, that the sums of money as hereinafter
set out within the City Engineer Budget be transferred as indicated.

This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
after its passage and approval.
