ORDINANCE NO. 96-OR-69
AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING CERTAIN FUNDS WITHIN SAME DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to transfer money from one
major budget classification to another within the Common Council
Budget; and
WHEREAS, there is now within the Common Council Budget
sufficient moneys to pay this additional amount.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the
City of Jeffersonville, Indiana, that the sums of money as hereinafter
set out within the Common Council Budget be transferred as indicated.
