MEETING R~IlNUTES
July 14, 2009
1. Call to order
A regular meeting of the Jeffersonville Building Authority was held Tuesday, July 14,
2009 at 9:00 a.m. in the second floor conference room at The Jeffersonville City Hall.
2. Roll call
Members present were Building Commissioner Russ Segraves, Keith Stayton, Don
Sperzel and Bill Fry.
Staff present: Mary Hunter
3. Annroval of minutes from the last meeting
Keith Stayton made a motion to approve the minutes of the June 9, 2009 meeting,
seconded by Don Sperzel and carried unanimously.
4. Old Business
a. Parking Lot Repair- paving completed
b. Sidewalk- work has been completed.
c. Carpet tile- completed in the police reporting room
5. New Business
a. Landscape fire- the needles caught fire due to a cigarette butt, even though it should
be flame-retardant. It will changed to a different kind of bedding.
b. Hot Water Circulation Pump- this has already been replaced on the third floor. May
need a timer.
Next meeting scheduled for October 13, 2009 at 9:00 a.m.
6. Adjournment
a. With no further discussion, Don Sperzel made a motion to adjourn at 9:38 a.m.
seconded by Russ Segraves and carried unanimously.
