A Resolution Giving the Commission President
Authority to Execute Documents
Whereas, the Jeffersonville Redevelopment Commission, holds the bonds for property located
at 5134 Loop Road, Jeffersonville, Indiana, occupied by Steel Dynamics, Inc., a successor to
GalvPro; and
Whereas, Steel Dynamics, Inc. desires to refinance the mortgage on the property located at
5134 Loop Road, Jeffersonville, Indiana; and
Whereas, Steel Dynamics, Inc is the holder of said bonds and the only obligation to repay is
from the real estate tax receipts from the GalvPro Economic Development Area;
Now, therefore, it is hereby resolved that the Jeffersonville Redevelopment Commission
approves:
• refinancing of the mortgage on property located at 5134 Loop Road, Jeffersonville,
Indiana, by Steel Dynamics
• Barry Cahill's, Executive Director of the Jeffersonville Redevelopment Commission,
actions in executing any and all documents necessary to authorize effectuate the sale of
properties.
