Resolution No. 2004-~
A Resolution Giving the Commission President
Authority to Execute Documents
Whereas, certain properties, owned by the Jeffersonville Redevelopment Commission, are
acquired for the purpose of redevelopment projects in the city; and
Whereas, certain properties in the city may be transferred to the Jeffersonville Redevelopment
Commission for redevelopment projects in the city; and
Whereas, documents may be prepared for a title report on certain properties requiring the
signature of an officer of the Redevelopment Commission, namely, the President or the
Secretary-Treasurer;
Now, therefore, it is hereby resolved that Barry Cahill, Executive Director of the Jeffersonville
Redevelopment Commission or Mark Pearson, Secretary-Treasurer of the Jeffersonville
Redevelopment Commission be authorized to execute any and all documents necessary to
effectuate the sale of properties.
