The Common Council of the C~ty of Jeffersonville met in
session in the Mayor's Conference Room in the City-County
Building~ Jefferson~ille, Indiana~ at 5:BO P.M. on the loth day of

Mr'. Herman Sommerville asked if there was any update on the
Louisville Barrel situation. Attorney Gillenwater has prepared a
Resolution to modify the Zoning Ordinance which will be voted on
Thursday, July 17~ 1995. Councilperson Frantz has been to Congressman
Hamilton~ Off~ce on this regerd. No permits have been issued at the
State level for Louisville Barrel.
