Dear Valued Client:
I am writing to inform you of some changes regarding your municipal lease. Effective
immediately, Old National Bank has assigned and transferred your lease to National City
Commercial Capital Company, LLC. In order to make this transition as smooth as
possible, Old National Bank will continue to issue invoices on behalf of National City for
the next 60 to 90 days, however effective immediately, all payments should be remitted
directly to National City.
Enclosed is a Notice of Assignment regarding this transition. With this change, you have
been issued a new lease number and it is included on the notice. Please retain this
document for your records.
Please note: if your lease has an escrow account, this escrow account will remain at Old
National Bank and we will continue to serve as escrow agent.

Re: Old National Bank Lease #11731 ("Agreement(s)")
Dear City of Jeffersonville:
This letter is your notice that Old National Bank ("Assignor") has assigned and
transferred all of its rights and interests in and to, but none of its obligations, duties, covenants or
liabilities under, the Agreement(s) to National City Commercial Capital Company, LLC
("National City"). Effective immediately, Old National Bank and National City hereby
irrevocably instruct you to pay directly to National City all payments and other amounts due
under the Agreement(s) and continue to do so unless and until you receive other written
instructions directly from National City. All such payments shall be made payable to and
remitted as follows:

Your new National City Lease number is #126031000. The transition of servicing will begin in
October.
