MEETING MINUTES
June 9, 2009
1. Call to order
A regular meeting of the Jeffersonville Building Authority was held Tuesday, June 9,
2009 at 9:00 a.m. in the second floor conference room at The Jeffersonville City Hall.
2. Roll call
Members present were Building Commissioner Russ Segraves, Keith Stayton, Don
Sperzel and Bill Fry.
Staff present: Mary Hunter
3. Approval of minutes from the last meeting
Keith Stayton made a motion to approve the minutes of the May 12, 2009 meeting,
seconded by Don Sperzel and carried unanimously.
4. Old Business
a. Parking Lot Repair & Sealing -received a bid from Libs Paving in the amount of
$7,370.00.
b. Sidewalk- work has been completed.
New Business
a. Floor covering- police department, work on hold due to new police station. The bid
the bid came in at $1,600.00.
b. Hot Water Circulation Pump- this has already been replaced on the third floor. May
need a timer.
Next meeting scheduled for July 14, 2009 at 9:00 a.m.
6. Adjournment
a. With no further discussion, Don Sperzel made a motion to adjourn at 9:28 a.m.
seconded by Russ Segraves and carried unanimously.
