AN ORDINANCE FIXING BASIC SALARIES OF ELECTED OFFICIALS OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSONVILLE,
INDIANA FOR THE YEAR 2009
WHEREAS, IC 36-1-2-6(3) designates the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville as the Fiscal Body of said city, and
WHEREAS, (C 36-1-2-9(3) designates the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville as the Legislative Body of said city,
NOW, THEREFORE, LET IT BE ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSONVILLE
SECTION 1 This Ordinance shall set forth the annual compensation payable to elected officials of the City of Jeffersonville-for the
calendar year of 2009.
SECTION 2 From and after the first day of January 2009, the following elected officials of the City of Jeffersonville shall receive
the following annual compensation.
