ORDINANCE NO. 2008-OR-~~ 7
AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING CERTAIN FUNDS WITHIN SAME
DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to transfer money from one major budget
classification to another within the Annexation Non/Eteverting Fund budget.
WHEREAS, there is now within the Annexation Non/Reverting Fund budget sufficient
monies to pay this additional amount;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of
Jeffersonville, Indiana, that the sums of money as hereinafter set out in the Annexation
Non/Reverting Fund be transferred as indicated.

This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
