AN ORDINANCE, TRANSFERRING CERTAIN FUNDS WITHIN SAME
DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to transfer money from one major budget
classification to another within the General Fund Police Department budget.
WHEREAS, there is now within the General Fund Police Department budget sufficient
monies to pay this additional amounh,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of
Jeffersonville, Indiana, that the sums of money as hereinafter se[ out in the General Fund
Police Department Budge[ be transferred as indicated.
