ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING SURPLUS FUNDS FROM THE CUMULATIVE
CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND TO THE GENERAL FUND
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Common Council have determined that a
surplus of funds now exists in the Cumulative Capital Improvement Fund and;
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Ciry to transfer a portion of
such funds to the General Fund;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that $187,000.00 is hereby
transferred from the Cumulative Capital Improvement Fund to the General Fund of the
City.
