AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING CERTAIN APPROPRIATION POSTINGS
FROM ONE FUND TO ANOTHER
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to transfer certain appropriation postings from one
fund to another;
WHEREAS, there is now within the P & R Board N/R Aquatic Fund sufficient monies
to support this additional amount;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of
Jeffersonville, Indiana, that the appropriation posting as hereinafter se[ out in the Park
Fund budge[ be transferred to the P&R Board N/R Aquatic fund budget as indicated.
