Meeting Minutes
Monday, August 18, 2008
The .Ieffersonville Parks Authority met following the Common Council regular
meeting of August 18, 2008 in Council Chambers, Room 101 in City Hall, Jeffersonville,
Indiana. Parks Authority President Ron Grooms called the meeting to order at 8:50 P.M.
Councilpersons Mike Smith, Ed Zas[awny, Keith Fetz, Connie Sellers, Barbara Wilson,
Nathan Samuel, and Ron Grooms were present. Also present was Deputy Clerk Treasurer
Bazbaza Hollis.
The claim list dated Augus[ l4, 2008 was presented for consideration.
Councilperson Fetz made the motion to approve the claims as presented, second by
Councilperson Sellers, passing on a vote of 7-0.
Councilperson Fetz made the motion to adjourn at 8:55 P.M., second by
Councilperson Samuel, passing on a vote of 6-0.
