LEASE ADDENDUM NUMBER ONE
THIS LEASE ADDENDUM NUMBER ONE is dated this 8TH day of September, 2008, by and
between BRIDGEVIEW CENTER, LLC, a Kentucky Limited Liability Company, (hereinafter
called "Landlord") and the CITY OF JEFFERSONVILLE, with Jeffersonville City Hall at 500
Quartermaster Court, Jeffersonville, Indiana 47130 (hereinafter jointly and severally referred to
as "Tenant"). The Landlord and Tenant are hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Parties".
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, Landlord and Tenant entered into a certain Lease dated the 31 ST day of
July, 2007 (hereinafter called "Lease"), having approximately 3,61 O::!:: square feet in that certain
retail premises located at 301 Southern Indiana Avenue, Jeffersonville, Indiana, more commonly
known as Bridge View Center; and
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants, promises and
conditions hereinafter set forth, and the settlement of Case: 31COI-0803-PL-OOll, Landlord
hereby consents to the extension of time to occupy the premises and the Parties further agree as
follows:
1. Section 4.1. "Prompt Occupancy and Use." shall be replaced with the following:
"Tenant shall complete all interior build-out (per the terms specified in this Lease) and
physically occupy the Premises on or before April 1; 2009 and thereafter will continuously use
the Premises for the. Permitted Use and for no other purpose whatsoever and shall open and
remain open for business and operate its business continuously in the Premises during all normal
business hours then in effect for the Shopping Center."
2. The terms, covenants, agreements, conditions, obligations and representations contained
herein shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the respective heirs, executors,
successors and assigns of the Parties.
3. Except as specifically modified herein, all other terms and conditions of the Lease shall
remain in full force and effect and are hereby ratified by the Parties.
4. This Agreement may be executed in several counter parts, each of which may be deemed
an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same agreement.

executed this Lease under their respective hands and seals as of the day and year first above
